Crisis Resources

If you or someone you know is experiencing a mental health crisis or is in immediate danger, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Please note that Inner Growing Counseling and Therapy PLLC does not provide emergency or crisis services, and messages may not be monitored at all times. If you need immediate assistance, please use the resources above. Your safety matters, please seek support right away.

Emergency Services (911)

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please call 911 right away. This includes situations involving thoughts of suicide, harm to self or others, medical emergencies, or any situation where immediate assistance is needed. Emergency responders are trained to provide urgent support and ensure your safety.

Crisis Text Line

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or in crisis, you can text HOME to 741741 to connect with Crisis Text Line. A trained crisis counselor will respond and support you through your situation via text message, available 24/7 and free of charge.

You can also chat via 988lifeline.org. This service is free and confidential.

SAMHSA National Helpline

If you or a loved one is struggling with mental health or substance use concerns, you can call 1-800-662-HELP (4357) to reach the SAMHSA National Helpline. This free, confidential service is available 24/7 and provides referrals to local treatment facilities, support groups, and community-based organizations. Services are available in English and Spanish.
